Supervision’s battery-operated Bluetooth remote doorway reader monitors movement of passive UHF RFID tags in and out of covered rooms. These tags can be affixed to objects or people and the unit reports date, time, location and ID code information through an access point connected to your network.

Due to its low power requirements, the Bluetooth reader can run for several months on a single charge. Its rechargeable Lithium battery pack is easy to swap out and comes with a charger.

Using a proprietary communications protocol, the units report only to designated access points, which ensures privacy. Since the units are wireless and battery-operated, you can install them almost anywhere without needing expensive infrastructure modifications.
